Sensuality and Sexuality Featured Articles!

Much of how we feel emotionally and physically about sex and sensuality has to do with how our brain works.

Your brain is your most powerful tool when you want to release your inner aphrodite.  When you think about your new mummy body, all the chores you've got to do, the work on your plate and of course the child or children you've got to look after, sexual thoughts are the furtherest from your brain.  The fact is though, that the amount you think about sex, sensuality and romance the more you are going to get in touch with your sex goddess.

Every woman has their secret desires, their inner fantasies and pleasure spots and indulging in these thoughts is a great way to begin to harness your sexual energy.

Another way to start is to allow your senses to really come alive.  Take time to smell those flowers or oils, run your hand along some velvet, taste the fruit or the chocolate!  This does two things.  Firstly, you'll be bringing alive a better relationship with the world around you and secondly, you will be living in the now.  Living in the now really means being involved with all your senses, and not having your mind be thinking of the next thing on your to-do list.
