Do you have time for fitness and exercise? The more important question is do you have not have the time to invest in your overall health?
Every mum has a load of responsibilities and expectations already upon them and many mums believe they simply cannot find the time for exercise. The problem with this, of course, is that exercise not only gets the oxygen running through your body it also releases 'feel good' hormones so that you end up having more energy because you exercise.
Most fitness and exercise experts will recommend that you try and incorporate aerobic exercise (get your heart rate going) with anaerobic (muscle strengthening) exercise with stretching into your week.
If it all seems to much, start by purchasing a pedometer and trying to increase the number of steps you take each day.
