If Mum doesn't look after herself, then she can't be looking after those who depend on her. 

Put aside any guilt you might feel about taking care of your health and fitness.  You wouldn't neglect your child's health and fitness, so make sure you are treating yourself with the same respect.

You deserve to create the body you desire. You deserve to fill your body with nutrition. You deserve to spend time on your emotional health. 

You do not deserve to go through live feeling bad about yourself.  You do not deserve to go through life feeling low on energy, weighed down by excess weight or being depressed.
