Fashion is a loose word for those clothes we wear day in and day out.  If you're looking for a little inspiration or how to hide those mummy 'trouble spots' then this is the place!

In mummy land it can become second nature to create a 'mummy uniform' - the same pair of comfortable pants, that lovely t-shirt that used to be your partners and to chuck on a pair of running shoes.

A lot of mums, particularly those who are at home, feel that spending time and money on fashion is something to feel guilty for.  Because we care for other people - at work and at home - so much of the time it can seem near impossible to find the time and money for ourselves.  We also might think that taking care with our clothing choices is a waste of time!  Why bother putting on something nice when in an our baby will have puked on it?!  Still others feel they have more important things to worry about than what they are wearing.

What we wear each day lets the world know how we feel about ourselves.  Being a mum is a wonderful occupation, and we should treat ourselves accordingly!  It's ok to care about the clothes you wear and the way you look!
