Your gorgeous face is the first thing people will notice about you.  Having a good skin care routine is the first step to a gorgeous face.

Trying to understand what type of skin you have is a great first step in looking after your skin.  Every mum has unique skin.  Oily bits, wrinkles, breakouts and so on are all part of our hormones and lifestyle. 

The great news is that how you care for your skin makes a big difference to how it looks. Getting enough sleep, drinking lots of water, eating healthy foods combined with quality skin care products with a good routine that you stick to will all work to create a gorgeous, beautiful skin.

Your skin type changes with age and by hormones.  So getting pregnant and post baby may increase oiliness.  Skin type can also change season by season as varying temperatures affect the levels of oil and water.

By getting to know the skin on your face you can ascertain what it needs.  It might need hydration.  It might need some intensive nourishment.
