Let's face it. As mother's, we've been stretched in places we didn't even know existed, many of us have the 'badges of motherhood' aka stretch marks, gravity (or prenancy and breastfeeding) have stolen our boobs and a whole range of changes we've  been gifted.  Not what many of us signed up for when we became pregnant!

Some women obsess over their body changes while others just refuse point blank to look in the mirror.  When was the last time you looked in the mirror and liked what you saw?  Chances are, it was quite a while ago.

All these 'body mother gifts' aside, it's time to get to know your body again and to care for it.  By spoiling it and pampering it, you'll notice that you skin does feel softer and smoother.  You can improve your mood and ease aches and pains with different types of baths.  You will notice a reduction in muscle stress!

Some women choose to go for surgery to improve various bits they don't like and this is becoming an increasingly popular option for mums.

Regardless of what you choose to do, begin to take steps today to nurture that amazing body you've got.  You'll improve the way you look and the way you feel about yourself!
