In becoming a member of http://www.mumsontop.co.nz, you are agreeing to our Terms of Service. Members who break our terms of service will be sent an email outlining how the terms were broken and may receive a suspension or banning of membership.

Members agree to the following:

• No use of profanity
• No personal attacks on any other member and their family.
• No spamming
• No journalist or research requests on our forums
• No copyright infringement
• No pornographic material
• If your discussion uses articles from print or online media, do not post more that one half of the article on the site.
• Do not post unpaid advertising, including links.
• Your personal pages are yours to add logos, content and links provided that you do not have a competitive site - which includes a content based site OR one with forums or social networks. If in doubt, please email Marilynn.
• Your 'handle' or the name you give yourself, but not include a full website address eg. with .co.nz or .com
• Do not sign your posts with your business name, logo or link unless you have paid to do so.
• AD day runs on the first of the month as a special for Mumpreneurs to advertise their businesses to our community.
• No soliciting members for your business or community - this includes emails and private messages.

All of the above is at the sole discretion of Mums on Top Limited. We reserve the right to withdraw any postings and to suspend or ban users who do not comply with the above agreement.

Members agree that the use of Mums on Top, and any downloadable information is done so at their own risk. Mums on Top Limited is not liable for any damage that may occur from using the site. This includes direct, incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive damages and attorneys' fees arising from your access to and use of our site.

All content is public, and should not be viewed as being the views of Mums on Top Limited.
